Powerhouse vegetables and fruits for your healthy menu choices

Dec. 7, 2014 – Senior citizens who want to eat health, and most do, should probably put more emphasis on eating watercress. It was ranked number one among 41 “powerhouse” fruits and vegetables in a study published earlier this year in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention journal “Preventing Chronic Disease.”
