Stream Stages: A New (?) Way of Defining Where You Are in Change Management

Every change management project has to go through upstream, midstream, and downstream. By viewing change management through these three streams, practitioners can understand where they are in the change management process.

This is a little frustrating particularly if you are Linda and Dean Anderson authors of The Change Leaders Roadmap (2010) who have as their model Up/Mid/Downstream change. What is even more bizarre is that this was pre reading study for the Advanced Prosci course that I attended in Chicago in May 2011 .. facilitated by Tim Creasy!
